Legal politics countermeasures of prostitutions criminalization policy perspective in Indonesia

Prostitutions is one of the eldest phenomenon, ones that occurs in Indonesia, Penal Law Indonesia did not regulate prostitution activities case these 3 (three) components; pimps or brothel keepers and sex workers prostitutes. In this research are problems occurs: 1.) why prostitutions classified as social community? 2.) How legal politics to countermeasures from Policy Perspective? This was conducted with Normative method. community it because negative consequences impacted by prostitutions. Social crimes narcotics, whereas both them correlated prostitutions, medical perspectives also impacted, such HIV-AIDS. Legal Countermeasures Criminalize prostitutes their consumers, can be asked legislatives legislator who choose decides options phenomenon every alternatives available process formulating corresponding constitutions Pancasila base System.
